He has successfully led acquisition, restructuring and management of businesses in the Oil & Gas. Power. Agriculture. Insurance. Banking. Chuks is on the Board of several blue chip companies including Powerhouse International Limited, Kessington Energy Limited, Fanaxel Nigeria Limited, 24 Electrics Limited etc.
Lanre Ayeni – COO
For over 15 years, Lanre has worked in various industries such as Energy, Engineering, Telecom and agriculture, where he has developed skills such as strategic thinking, problem solving and leadership. In the last nine years, he has served in Business Development and Trading at the world’s largest independent energy trading company – Vitol S.A. Prior to this, he worked in other companies such as Etisalat, Nigeria and Converteam (GE Energy), UK.
Tewogbade Rubil BabaTunde – CFO
Innovative Investment Professional with over 15 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and Institutional Banking. Led and managed execution of investment transactions in Telecom, Media, Technology, Agriculture, Real Estate and Banking providing significant social and economic impact to Sub-Saharan Africa. Highly adept at identifying trends in technology to take advantage of investment opportunities in this space.
Kelechi Agada – ED, Business Development
Kelechi Agada has over two(2) decades’ experience working in
Telecommunication, Medical Device and Aviation industries and in business. He spent over a decade at Motorola Inc in various leadership roles. Kelechi has held roles in Strategic Sourcing Management, Commodity Management
and Business Development. In business, Kelechi sits on the board of Fanaxel Nigeria Ltd, 24 Electrics, CareerNation Inc. and Global Drilling Resources.
