When one or more alarm devices are triggered, an emergency alert is automatically sent to agents at our 24/7 alarm monitoring center. Agents will promptly call you and/or the emergency contact numbers you provided at the time of installation to notify you of the alarm situation and verify that you are safe. This will help us determine if an emergency is in progress, or if the alarm was accidentally tripped by you or a family member. If they confirm the situation is an emergency and not simply a false alarm, monitoring agents will quickly dispatch emergency services to your home.

How It Works
Notifications via App, SMS and Email are immediately sent to the user and 5 emergency contact numbers provided by the user. If after 30 seconds the alarm is not cancelled, the alarm streams directly to the monitoring station.

A push notification is sent to the Alarm Monitoring centres with a high decibel siren prompting the monitoring agents/live guards at the control room to swing into immediate action of verifying the alarm to know whether the incident will be escalated to the relevant authorities.
